The Portland Timbers finished their first home weekend schedule in MLS with a 3-2 win over FC Dallas in front of another sold-out crowd on a sunny Sunday afternoon. The Timbers surged out to a 3-0 lead on first half goals by Jack Jewsbury (above) and Kenny Cooper, and and early second half goal by Rodney Wallace. As in the game on Thursday night, the visitors came back to pull within 3-2, but the Timbers held on for the win, and move to 4th place in the Western Conference with the win.
