The Timbers, after only four games at the MLS level, have turned JELD-WEN Field into a fortress already, as they earned their fourth straight league win at home to open their first MLS campaign, with a goal by Mamadou Danso in the 72nd minute being the sole scoring strike in a 1-0 win before another sold-out crowd on a cold, rainy night in Portland.
