MLS suspends 2020 season for 30 days

Major League Soccer has suspended play for at least 30 days in response to the COVID-19 outbreak and efforts to limit it’s spread. This affects at least the next four Timbers matches vs. New England, Los Angeles FC, Philadelphia, and Houston, and also cancels the Portland Thorns preseason tournament scheduled for March 29-April 4.

The USL Championship has also been suspended for at least 30 days which affects Timbers 2 matches.
