The Portland Timbers started a heavily rotated roster in Dallas on Saturday, in preparation for their CONCACAF Champions League game in Mexico next week. An Eryk Williamson had the lone goal for the Timbers.
The next Timbers match is Wednesday in Mexico City vs. Club América in the Champions League quarterfinal, where the teams are tied 1-1 after the first leg.
